Overview Join the finance department for a highly innovative healthcare technology company: FP&A Finance Business Manager will be owning and managing our Financial Forecast and Budget cycle working with our different Business stakeholders & Management teams. Managing the process of Forecasting and budgeting is crucial to be able to predict our Business accurately so this is a highly visible and exciting role. This will involve business partnering across the organisation, including financial modelling design, outlining processes and communicate them effectively across the organisation. Opportunity Up to £90,000 dependent on experience Excellent culture and supportive environment Key Responsibilities Design and Manage the coordination of the annual budget cycle and the quarterly forecasting planning process by establishing and communicating process and timelines Develop Long term planning models and analytical tools to measure and maximise profitability as business evolves Lead preparation and deliver insightful monthly performance identifying key opportunities and risks for our Management team Be a key business partner to our Strategy and Planning team Background Strong Experience in financial forecasting and budgeting and Long term planning Very Strong experience in Financial Modelling Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with key stakeholders and ability to influence at all times Providing financial support to business cases for investment and conducting post-investment review Qualifications Degree level, preferably finance or business related Minimum 8 years' experience required, either in a similar role in FTSE 500 companies with management experience Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent an advantage
