Senior FP&A Analyst Role Overview As part of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will play a key role in the delivery of management reporting, financial analysis and modelling. Joining a dynamic team environment, you will have the opportunity to support assist Finance transformation projects. This role will sit within the client's FP&A department and will deliver top-level MI reporting, financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and financial modelling for the wider business. Additionally, as the client is undergoing a focused period of digitalisation and transformation, this position will play a key role in ongoing project work. Key Duties Management Reporting - Create and update MI reporting processes in line with new system/tool developments - Act as owner of the client's costing tool (maintain provide training to others) - Consolidate overall picture of group costs in conjunction with relevant Finance Business Partners - Ensure delivery of monthly reporting pack Project work - Development implementation of top-level finance tools / processes - UAT new budgeting/forecasting models - Drive the adoption of standard MI reporting across all business units Budgeting/Forecasting - Work with FBP's to deliver budgets - 5-year plan modelling (both revenue and cost) Person Specification - Prior FP&A experience - Experience of the Financial Services - Strong SAS and/or SQL skills - Degree educated in Finance subject - Part Qualified Accountant
