Main duties include: Assisting the Finance Manager in ensuring high levels of trust in reporting, communication and forecasting Holding regular reviews with Store Operations to share information and make decision and deliver plan Analysing and communicating P&L to identify volume, rate and mix drivers to explain and challenge performance Identifying opportunities and risks Delivering core finance processes including month end, forecasts, budgets and long range planning Providing analytical support to projects and new initiatives Key skills & experience required: Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Strong academics including a minimum 2:1 degree from a well-regarded institution Confident Excel user and generally systems savvy Commercially astute, with a curiosity about business performance and drivers Flexible, proactive and position attitude towards work Thrives in a team environment, enjoys collaborating with others Confident, credible and affable character, can influence and challenge others in a professional, measured way Capable working with large quantities of data and manipulating into relevant and useable outputs AGY - Vitae Financial Recruitment We Exist To Be Different - Membership NOT Registration
