Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking to secure a local role on a part time basis? I am looking to find a motivated and eager experienced Credit Controller to commit to a very team orientated Finance team across 4 morning per week. The responsibilities for this role will definitely provide a challenge for a person looking to work up to 16 hours per week and will definitely offer the variety involved in running a busy Sales Ledger- The range of tasks will include- Collection of outstanding monies by phone, email and letter Working with B2B and B2C customers Resolving any queries Reconciling accounts Taking Credit Card Payment Skills required include- Ability to communicate well across the Business and externally with Clients Demonstrating a persuasive but calm and friendly manor Ability to develop relationships with customers to achieve results quickly Be happy to work across 4 half days.
