Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Greater London Sanderson Recruitment are currently working with a Global Technology business to recruit a FP&A Manager to join the organisation on a permanent basis. The FP&A Manager will lead the Financial Planning team and will be responsible for managing the current and proposed financial plans, analysing and evaluating financial performance, and recommending changes that will grow the organisation's profitability. Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager: Ensure the accurate analysis and reporting of the FP&A team Lead the Financial Planning function - forecast, month close, and annual planning processes Monitor and analyse the monthly operating results against the budget Provide strategic insights into the business performance Identify, measure and drive productivity Partner with global finance teams on a project basis to improve the financial planning functions Experience, Skills & Knowledge of the FP&A Manager: Qualified Accountant with excellent PQE Knowledge of finance, planning and budgeting, and cost control principles Experience of leading/developing finance teams is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate complex issues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Technology or FMCG background is preferred however other industries considered.
