An exciting role for a progressive Financial Planning Analyst with in one of the UK's biggest and fastest growing housing associations.
Client Details
Based in London this Market Leading organisation provides affordable housing across London and the South East.
Description
The Financial Planning Analyst will support the Group in key business plans and be responsible for the following duties
- Support the appraisal of Financial Planning and Asset Management
- Produce Financial Models to aid with key business planning and decisions
- Provide detailed analyses to help produce long term financial plans
- Produce ad-hoc analysis across the group to support projects, developments and plans across the business.
Profile
The successful Financial Planning Analyst will have advanced Excel skills (including VBA) and have experience of Financial Modelling. It is desirable but not essential to be studying towards an ACCA or CIMA.
Job Offer
The successful candidate will receive a salary of between £35,000 and £45,000 plus generous benefits and an opportunity to progress.
