Description

Accounts Assistant responsibilities include:

• Processing of invoices

• Reconciliation of GRN's, PO's to ensure purchase invoices agree

• Lodging of invoices onto accounts system, ensuring accuracy of data entry

• Querying purchase invoices as required

• Processing of receipts, invoices, credits and adjustments as required onto the accounts system

• Credit Control and issuance of statements, copy invoices

• Send 7 day letters / legal notices for debt recovery when required

• Processing payroll

Profile

The successful Accounts Assistant will be/have:

• Have previous experience of working as an Accounts Assistant - Essential

• Have previous experience of performing the duties listed above - Essential

• Be able to use V Lookups and Pivot Tables - Essential
