Well known, growing business based in the Nantwich area requires a Credit Control Supervisor. Reporting to the Credit Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of a team of 3. You will handle all aspects of management including recruitment, development, training and appraisals. Other duties will include handling the complex issues that will arise within the department, these include bad debts and issues that arises with larger accounts. The credit team is focused and there is a large ledger that includes a high volume of phone work, query solving and reporting. You will also handle the reporting at month end with regards to debtors and also target the team. The right person for this role will have over 3 years experience in Credit Control, having worked within fairly high volume collections. You will also have experience of management of a team.
