This well known household brand are recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join the team on a permanent basis due to a recent promotion within the team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a stand alone role and the main purpose of the role will be to manage all credit control activity for the branch, duties of the role are as follows: Allocate payments as required Deal with customer email queries and respond accordingly Investigate complex account queries with regards to returns Raise credit notes as required Chase outstanding debt by telephone, email and letter Attend weekly meeting to discuss any issues with specific accounts Reconcile large quantities of bank transactions daily across two businesses and multiple bank accounts Ensuring all accounts are kept up to date and tidy Reconciling large warranty accounts and ensuring all are up to date Management of customer refunds system This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a well established and profitable business who continue to grow within their sector.
