The role will mirror an accounts assistant role with a strong focus on purchasing including; inputting supplier statements, costing, checking for approvals, dealing with suppliers and regular contact with subcontractors via a CIS payment scheme and a minor amount of accounts receivable.In essence, this role can grow with the successful individual. The ideal accounts payable clerk will possess the following attributes/skills:
• Minimum of 1-year accountancy experience - required
• CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) exposure - desirable
• Construction industry experience - desirable
• Accounts payable experience - required
