Assistant Management Accountant Maternity cover post Maternity cover role 3 month contract starting ASAP. The ideal candidate would be immediately available and had extensive knowledge of SAP systems. Main purpose of job: To provide timely and accurate reporting of Financial information to group and local management with special emphasis on analysis To support Management Accountant in managing the processes according to the Group Accounting Manual Duties: Month end closing tasks undertaken in accordance with Group Accounting Manual in SAP and Hyperion - CO Preparation and maintenance of standard and ad hoc reports and analysis of monthly results for Management reporting Assisting with cost centre managers and Directors to prepare annual budgets Support cost centre managers; analyse costs deviations to budgets and coverage differences Support Fulfilment & Commercial team with Project controlling tasks / billing Weekly Closing in SAP Assist with orders released reporting for group Management reporting AP Audit checks - Bank verifications Management of Fixed Assets register Work with auditors and Tax advisors The person: Capable of using available resources to find solutions Plan and organise work according to strict deadlines Relevant accounting qualification. AAT or equivalent Current studier of CIMA, ACCA or equivalent Good Analytical skills. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, expert in Excel Past experience with integrated ERP system, preferably SAP Macros Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
