My client a multinational media business recognised as a market leader is looking for a Commercial Sales Finance Manager to join and head up their high performing commercial team based in Reading.

Description
They are looking for a Commercial Sales Finance Manager to look after a team of 4 direct reports and manage the relationships between core finance and sales team. For this position you will be involved with taking ownership and monitoring the progress of pay plans, mitigating risks, cost analysis and product budgets.
Profile
The successful candidate will have a commercial finance background with the ability to engage with sales teams within a large business.
Job Offer
For the successful candidate a package of up to £70k depending upon experience, car allowance and bonus.
