The permanent division of Macildowie are currently working on an exclusive basis with a leading brand based in Milton Keynes to recruit for a Credit Controller. The organisation are based just outside of Central Milton Keynes but are located in an area that is commutable by public transport but also offers free parking. The position is reporting directly to the Credit Manager and the successful candidate will be responsible for their own ledger and client base. The Role The main duties of the Credit Controller will be but not limited to: - Management of a personal ledger but also playing a key part within a team ledger - Responsible for actively reducing aged debt and DSO - Allocation of payments to customer and client accounts - Customer account reconciliations - Completion of monthly analysis on personal credit ledger - Providing strong customer service throughout and resolving queries - Raising sales invoices and providing support to the sales ledger team when required The Candidate The ideal candidate will : - Have been a Credit Controller previously - Have a proven background of reducing aged debts and DSO - Posses strong customer service experience and ability to resolve customer queries - Be a strong team player The Business The business are a reputable, expanding and innovative brand who have experienced a very strong year with regards to growth and performance. Salary and Benefits The successful Credit Controller will receive a salary of up to £26000 per annum plus a fantastic benefits package which includes, healthcare, pension and bonus.
