Financial Reporting Analyst required for business in Redditch, Worcestershire. The role sits within the reporting function of a high-growth services provider. A high calibre part qualified or newly qualified level Finance Analyst is required to support the Financial Controller with consolidation and analysis of Group reporting, while also contributing to various projects around creating, developing and improving of financial reports. As Financial Reporting Analyst you will support the following activities: Continuously improve the automation of consolidation and reporting. Identify and support implementation of Finance systems and tools. Consolidation of Group monthly management accounts & KPIs. Automation and production of monthly Finance Operations Dashboard. Creation of balance sheet and Capex reporting. Maintaining data stores, archives and strict version control around key financial data. Consolidation of quarterly forecasts. Co-ordinate the forecast timetable for inputs/outputs. Prepare analysis on forecast movement. Fixed Asset Register maintenance. The ideal candidate will be at part qualified or newly qualified level (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) and have experience of exporting, importing and consolidating large quantities of data. In addition you will possess strong data / systems acumen, have a high attention to detail and be able to produce financial models via Excel.
