Our Technology based client in Hatfield are looking to add to their Financial team with the addition of an experienced Analyst. Ideally, you'll have experience of working in a hands on financial role providing month end support to both UK and International markets with strong analytical skills. Whilst there is no line management responsibility in the role I am looking for someone that can partner up with the Manager of the department to take on adhoc responsibilities when needed. Financial Reporting Analyst - Job Overview Key responsibilities of this role include; Monthly analysis looking at the business profitability and margins Producing reports for entire commercial finance team Producing analysis of billings and margins, analysing costs incurred Monthly Financial Reporting Quarterly forecasting Analysis and production of the accounts in a timely and accurate manner in line with the month end timetable Balance Sheet Reconciliations Involvement with ad hoc Finance projects Financial Reporting Analyst - Skills & Experience Required Prior experience of working in a hands on finance role essential Strong analytical skills gained within a commercial environment Ability to communicate to both financial and non-financial managers Ability to manage adhoc projects received by the department Confidence to cover for the Manager on occasion and assist with department needs Root cause analysis experience essentials Ability to produce clear, concise information Financial Reporting Analyst - Benefits Offered Salary to 42K Large employer with fantastic onsite benefits including free parking Immediate need.
