Job Details

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accounts receivable professional to join a busy and growing finance team where you will work hard to ensure that the outstanding invoices are collected in a timely manner while maintaining the accounts receivable ledger. This is a role that will suit someone who thrives on working within a busy and challenging environment.

Description

The duties for the accounts receivable will include but not limited to:

  • Chasing outstanding invoices in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the the AR ledger is well maintained
  • Managing and maintaining customer credit limits
  • Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
  • Accurate month end close of the AR ledger
  • Managing and processing of company credit card process and expense account

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Previous accounts receivable experience - Essential
  • Experience of managing ledgers and keeping information up to date - Essential
  • Processing of invoices and credit notes - Essential
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment - Essential
  • AAT qualified - Desirable
  • Strong team player - Essential
  • Excellent communication skills - Essential
  • Multi currency experience - Essential
  • Strong IT and excel skill including VLookups and Pivot tables - Essential

Job Offer

For the successful candidate there is a annual salary up to £25,000 DOE + 22 days holiday plus bank holidays + Free parking + pension + Career progression
