To £24,000 Business Services Warwick The Company Due to our clients continued growth and expansion they are looking for an experienced Sales Ledger/ Accounts Receivable Assistant who is keen to develop and become part of their busy finance team. The Role Reporting to the Management Accountant you will be a key member of the small finance team. You will be responsible for the sales ledger and credit control function This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to work in a fast paced growing company, supporting the business with general accounts assistant responsibilities and, for the right candidate, could lead to further opportunities due to the growth plans of the business. Primary duties include: Supporting Sales Ledger daily processing activities, i.e. invoicing and customer receipting Coordinating and processing student queries Credit control activities Reconciliation of Customer Accounts Maintaining Sales Ledger reporting Support other finance team members with their daily tasks Work on ad-hoc projects to help develop a proficient finance department The Candidate As the successful applicant you will have previous experience in a similar AR/Sales ledger role, with a proven track record of working to tight deadlines. You must also have good Excel experience, strong stakeholder manager ability and excellent communication and administrative skills.
