Your new company
A hugely successful Business who are based in the Blackpool are who specialise in their area of business are now looking to continue the development of the business. Looking at new strategies and ventures. With strong profits and ambitious growth plans the business is looking for a Head of Finance who can help take them on this journey.

Your new role
You will be the Head of Finance of a very successful group of businesses. Leading a small team of transactional staff . Working closely with the wider business you will be looking at implementing strategic change for the future and expansion of the business. Involved with the delivery of key projects and and a new system implementation whilst being involved in the continuous improvements of all processes. Working hands on operationally including creating detailed reporting and cash flow forecasting for the board

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified. Experience in a Senior Finance position working with various stakeholder and the executive board of directors. You will have a passion for continuous improvement and want to work in a fast paced environment where you can actually make a difference. Have superb commercial awareness to add value throughout the business. High level communication skills with strong attention to detail. Experience with system implementations would be a bonus and good relationship building skills both internally and externally.
