Finance Manager for a High Street Retailer based in central London


Your new company
I am currently recruiting a Finance Manager for a well known High Street Retailer. This brand are ever present in the UK and offer customers quality clothes at affordable prices. The company have recently undertaken several M&A's which is helping to rapidly increase their market presence and allowed them to invest more into internal processes. The company has large projects planned for the next few years to keep improving profits within the business and to develop and train their employees.

Your new role
This newly created position will be sitting in their expanding Finance team in a hybrid capacity not only preparing Management Accounts but also to help to implement a new ERP system within the business, improve processes within the Finance function related to stock amongst other ad hoc duties.

• Business Partnering with the Procurement Department
• Liaising with international entities on process improvement projects
• Variance Analysis and Commentary
• Training and developing junior employees within the business unit
• Communicating with non-finance individuals

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
• Interest in working in the Retail sector
• Good communication skills
