Finance Manager for a Start-Up sports retail brand based in central London £50-55k


Your new company
This start-up have moved into the scale-up phase of their growth and are now looking to expand their finance team by bringing in a permanent qualified Finance Manager. This company have plans to increase their revenue four fold over the next couple of years and to further increase their global exposure. This business offer a true Start-Up environment with a collaborative team and working culture that encourages progression and development within the business. The company sell their stock on multiple platforms and have innovative ways of advertising and selling their products.

Your new role
This position will be a hands on role reporting directly into the Group Financial Controller.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of a high growth business and will focus on:

• Managing junior employees
• Preparing the Monthly Management Accounts
• Maintaining the Company P&L
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Business partnering
• Process improvement

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be:

• A Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
• Practice trained with audit and accounts prep experience OR
• Currently in an all round Management Accountant/Finance Manager role
• Retail/FMCG Experience desirable (NOT essential)
• Active interest in Sports / Retail
