Job Details
The client, a law firm that specialise in a few sport, media & fashion, are looking for someone to join their team as an Accounts Assistant (on a part-time basis). The role is based in South West London (Fulham), and is the client are looking for someone to work with the company anywhere between 12 hours a week, and three full days a week.
Client Details
The client are a small, boutique law firm that specialise in the Sports, Media and Fashion industries. they are based in South West London (Fulham) and are looking to expand their team in order to manage the extra workload that has arisen due to the rapid expansion of the company. The working hours are flexible, and dependant on the candidate, will be anywhere between 12 hours a day or 3 full days a week.
Description
The successful candidate will be:
- Processing credit notes
- Billing
- Credit Control
- Purchase ledger entry and reconciliations
- Petty cash postings and reconciliations
- Dealing with any ad hoc tasks
- Reporting directly to the Financial Controller
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be social
- Good at building relationships
- Experience in a legal firm is highly preferred
- Have good Excel skills (Pivot Tables and Vlookups)
- Have experience doing billing
