Your new role

• Acting as the first point of contact for managers and employees in regards to HR and Payroll administration. Assisting the HR Manager with the effective and timely processing of the monthly payroll.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous recent experience of payroll management. At least one year's experience is essential for this role
• Ability to respond promptly to appropriate requests for assistance while ensuring confidentiality of personal data at all times
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience of liaising with staff and external bodies
• Good numeracy and literacy skills with an eye for detail
• MS Office (outlook/Word)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
