Exciting permanent job opportunity for a Bookkeeper working for a family run property business - Salary £30k

Your new company
Your new company is family run and close knit Property Business based near Edgware Road; this is a great chance to have a long term permanent role, you will be reporting to the financial accountant and the group accountant. The salary for this role is circa £30,000.

Your new role
This role is covering a wide range of bookkeeping duties which will include:

• Maintenance of Purchase Ledger - Processing invoices, payments to suppliers and reconciliations
• Maintenance of Sales Ledger - Raising invoices/ rent demands as well as service charges
• Bank Reconciliations
• Preparation of VAT Returns
• Producing Client Statements
• Assisting with Service Charge Year End

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a good understanding of basic bookkeeping and ideally be from the property industry. This role will suit a candidate who is from a similar business who is looking for an increase in duties or a role closer to home. You will need to have an understanding of Sage and knowledge of Tramps will be a bonus.
