A well known company, with a reputation for staff retention and development, are recruiting an Accounts Payable and Expenses Clerk to join their team.

Description

As an Accounts Payable and Expenses Clerk, you will report into the Accounts Payable Manager, responsible for reviewing, coding and approving all expense and credit card submissions.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: checking and coding a high volume of expenses; responding to and resolving expense queries and discrepancies; approving and monitoring of expenses; management of credit card submissions; credit card reconciliations; identify opportunity for process improvement; preparation of reports.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Have knowledge of working in an AP/Expenses Role - Essential
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
• Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
