CCO Group are retained by one of our premier clients, an International Property Consultancy in their search for an MRICS Associate level Cost Consultant/Quantity Surveyor to help them grow their successful and fast growing cost division. Our client works heavily within the new build Cat A and Cat B commercial office sectors across EMEA and a talented Associate to help drive the business forward.For this role you can either be at Associate Director level or a Senior QS/Senior Cost Consultant who wishes to step into an Associate Director role. You will service a wide range of blue chip clients from major brands to tech firms to banks and more. The best thing about this opportunity is there is lots of room for progression and to develop new areas within the division and make it your own.To be successful you will need experience working within a leading cost consultancy, must be MRICS qualified and ideally have experience of large scale commercial office fit out. However other areas will be looked at. You will need a solid work ethic and be keen to progress your career. This is very client facing role and essential that you enjoy developing and managing relationships new and existing clients. You will be involved in business development through internal and external leads as well as managing junior staff on projects / as a line manager and project delivery too. This is a full 360 degree role and will be a very influential hire within the division.ResponsibilitiesCost Reporting, Valuations and cost control at post Contracts stageMeasurement and Cost PlanningWork closely with external consultants, including architects and engineers; this will include attendance at design team meetingsProduction of tender documents, tender analysis and tender reportsAdvise Client's on most suitable form of Contract and procurement routePreparing Contract documentsAgreement of final accountsWorking with the team in terms of marketing and pushing the team forward to further success.Attend Client meetingsDevelop client relationshipsApply now
