Our people are integral to this, bringing their natural curiosity, diversity of ideas and perspectives to help deliver client excellence.Job DescriptionThe TeamWithin the Corporates and FS Audit IRM team, a large amount of our work involves providing assurance, advice and attestation to clients on their IT systems and processes, IT risks, IT general controls and IT projects. This work is delivered through stand-alone assignments, or as part of external and internal audit engagements.Role & Responsibilities
• Successfully leading or managing IT assurance services including external / internal audit to medium to large, multi-national clients.
• Responsibility for the overall output from client engagements.
• Overseeing the scoping, financial management, managing delivery risk, production and review of deliverables.
• Building and managing excellent networks and client relationships (typically at CIO, CFO or Head of Internal Audit level) across a range of organisations.
• Actively identifying and progressing business development opportunities, as well as managing sales activities such as responding to RFPs, bid management, proposal writing and client presentations.
• Developing internal networks and maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues across KPMG, but in particular in the wider IT Advisory areas and across Audit.
• Coaching and developing team members both as part of our overall Performance Management process or on specific engagements.
• Contributing to practice management, eg training, knowledge management.
• Supporting service line through reporting and knowledge management. Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Experience of successfully managing and delivering IT assurance services (including external/internal audit) to medium/large, multi-national clients.
• Experience of successfully delivering technology risk services, auditing and advising clients.
• Experience of working in a professional services or dynamic IT consultancy environment experience.
• Experience of scoping and planning IT Audits
• Experience of performing IT External Audits on Oracle systems
