About the Role In this role you will support analytical projects and work with the Analytics Manager to support the management of credit strategy and portfolio analytics across Home Credit. In this exciting, varied role you will provide analytical support to marketing, product development and field operations plus support for customer targeting, funnel optimisation and monitoring. You will ensure we are driving profitable growth through robust insight and analysis, adhering to the portfolio credit policy and the groups risk appetite for the home credit portfolio. Key Responsibilities Assisting with the development of measures and reporting systems to monitor the financial performance and risks associated with the business model. Adhering to the groups risk appetite, highlight opportunities for growth and ensure available actions are articulated clearly to the right audience. Provide analysis of the drivers and adequacy of the allowance for loan losses for management and board discussion. Support the risk management activities of the home credit business. Supporting the team to provide data driven intelligence to enhance end-to-end lending strategy, collections, recoveries and marketing. Generate actionable analysis to understand, manage and enhance the end-to-end account lifecycle. Provide analytical support to different business functions. Support field operational performance through analytical insight in to Agent and customer behaviour. About You Essential Skills and Experience Previous analytical credit risk experience with a range of data mining tools and large volumes of data. Good communication skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels in an organisation. Strategic thinker with attention to detail. Ability to influence and challenge constructively. Experience or training in statistical modelling techniques and good understanding of how to use statistical techniques to produce insight. Positive attitude, ability to be flexible and willingness to learn. Ability to manipulate complex datasets. Ability to communicate complex analytic results in a clear and concise manner. Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to a non-technical audience and present a case for change/action. Exceptional quantitative skills. Ability to interpret complex performance data; identify and deliver priority actions; evaluate the impact and risks of change. Familiar with MS Office package. Desirable Understanding of Credit Risk Management and the development, implementation, and monitoring of scorecards Use of SQL/ SAS /R, or other technical analytic tools Qualifications Essential A Degree or equivalent in a highly numerate/ analytical subject (e.g. statistics, mathematics, econometrics.)
