Senior Accounts Assistant | Dudley Area | up to £25,000 Benefits Opportunity to work within this highly reputable organisation who offer a fabulous working environment The Company Seymour John are recruiting on an exclusive basis for our successful client based in the Dudley area. Our established client offers a fast-paced working environment working within a supportive Accounts team. The Opportunity The Senior Accounts Assistant oversees a team of Sales Ledger Administrators who are responsible for maintaining the integrity of data held on system. Responsibilities include: Develop the team to ensure that all members are adequately trained to fulfil responsibilities of the Sales Ledger team. Allocate priorities and workload across the team to ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timescales. To produce process notes for all routine tasks within the team. To identify and drive process efficiencies. Ensure accurate month end procedures and reporting and investigate any inconsistencies. To monitor and report KPI data. Personal Profile Previous experience of supervising a team is essential, with the ability to recognise the importance of team work and group dynamics, to enable you to buildd and maintain effective working relationships within the team and with other departments. You will be a confident communicator, with the ability to work under pressure with a flexible approach to your work. You will need intermediate excel skills.
