Accounts Assistant
Location:
Newmarket
Salary:
£18,000 - £20,000p.a. dependent on experience Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (1hr for lunch) Duties: Accurately inputting of incoming monies onto an excel spreadsheet Sales and purchase ledger Assisting when required in credit control Posting bank and cash reconciliations Handling general account enquiries from franchisees and clients General administration within the accounts department Candidate Requirements: Previous experience working in an accounts department Experience of Sage software packages or similar would be advantageous A keen willingness to learn The ability to build strong working relationships with other team members, franchisees and customers Ability to follow procedures methodically An eye for detail and accuracy Good communication skills, both written and verbal Good computer IT skills, ability to use MS Excel, Word and Outlook and the use of computerised data entry systems If you have not received a response from me within 4 working days then unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful for this vacancy.
