Our client is a leading business in the FMCG sector. This group is going through a major change programme and is looking for interim cover due to secondment of the current Finance Manager to a business critical project. The Finance Manager will work closely with the Group Financial Controller and wider operational team to develop robust reporting and analysis of core data. The role will be 3 days in the office and 2 out in manufacturing working with key stakeholders in a business partner capacity. The organisaiton has a highly inclusive culture and seeks a passionate Accountant with thorough knowledge of the FMCG sector to join them at this pivotal time. Core duties include: - Provision of daily, weekly and monthly financial reports for various divisions of the group and senior management including standard reports and variance analysis. - Assist the standard costing process including new product costings, variance analysis and monthly stock check reconciliation - Review of financial and operating models and preparation of budgets and cash flow forecasts - Operational Project Accounting - Commercial Finance - Working closely with senior leadership team in commercial and operational matters The successful applicant: - Qualified Accountant (CA. ACCA, CIMA etc.) - Minimum 3 years PQ operational experience - Strong systems experience - Expert in Excel - FMCG sector experience preferred
