Your main responsibilities will include: Oversee full Accounts Payable function- monthly reconciliation of payables sub-ledger to GL Preparation of monthly supplier payment runs; solve supplier queries Preparation of month-end journals including standard journals, prepayments and accruals Manage the cash flow requirements of the growing business Contribute to month-end close as per distributed timetable and adhere to follow the given deadlines Performing balance sheet / GL reconciliations, including identification and resolution of reconciling items Preparation of month-end variance commentary and other required reporting pack Assist with the year end / half year end audit Ad hoc tasks as required In addition you will also possess: Account Payable experience required Ability to prioritise tasks and ensure deadlines are met Good communication skills A desire to work as part of a team, but also able to work autonomously Part qualifications AAT/ACCA/CIMA preferred but not required Reporting lines Report to Senior UK Accountant / Group Financial Controller Sydney The Senior Manager in the UK Servcorp has worked hard to create a culture that will challenge and excite you - and give you the support you need to succeed and develop in the long term.
