Commercial Finance Manager - About the role: Welcome to a huge opportunity for you to develop your career as a Commercial Finance Manager reporting directly to the Group CFO, where you will have line management responsibilities and the end to end financial accounting of our giant precision business and its subsidiary companies. As the successful candidate you will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) with 2-5 years post qualified experience and exposure to the following: - Delivering high quality accounts and business partnering with different areas of the business - Experience as a business analyst within Finance, demonstrating and outlining new solutions, implementing best practices, controls, processes, and accounting to improve financial performances to support the growth of the business - Deep understanding of the financial performance with a strong focus on margin, to shape initiatives and strategies that will lead to improved margin performance and provide financial advice to support pricing decisions which improve margin in any circumstance Commercial Finance Manager - About you: You are curious, creative, energetic and enthusiastic, able to multi-task and often work independently in a client facing environment in a consultative manner with experience of forging and maintaining working partnerships with all stakeholders. With strong management skills with the ability to think on your feet to make innovative and informed decisions, communicating clearly, concisely and persuasively you are able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders to challenge mind sets and maintain resilience at all times.
