Finance Apprentice Location | Hours | Salary Office Based: Preston Full Time: 37.5 hours per week

£8,100 - £9,000 (depending on experience) Duration of Apprenticeship: Up to 18 months Job Purpose An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established food manufacturer in Bamber Bridge, Preston. The successful candidate will join the finance team, working closely with the clerks for Purchase and Sales Ledgers. Key Responsibilities Provide clerical and administrative support Process invoices Invoice queries Complete statement reconciliations Generate payment runs Skills, Experience & Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills Solid organisational skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Excellent attention to detail Keen interest and competency in maths Desire to become a Qualified Accountant Enthusiastic attitude A self-starter Motivation A-Levels preferred or equivalents GCSE C Grade (equivalent) in maths & English or equivalents Future Prospects Summit Foods will support the apprentice to complete their AAT-accredited apprenticeship.
