The individual chosen to work for them will be required to process invoices as they come in and make sure that they're paid to the correct budget codes, as well as checking for any discrepancies. This is the main bulk of the work, however there's plenty else to help with including reconciliations and expenses. It would be extremely helpful to the client if you've already used Microsoft GP, as this will allow you to hit the ground running and have an instant impact.
