Brook Street has an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Manager for a large, well known employer with offices in the centre of Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Payroll Officer and a team of Payroll Administrators who need a qualified and established Payroll Manager to lead the team. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Finance. This role is complex and has some unique requirements, specific to the role Weekly payroll, paid monthly Substantial number of different contracts / contract terms Complex terms and conditions within pensions offered The successful candidate will be working on a full-time basis, based centrally within Cardiff City Centre with excellent benefits, including subsidised commuting and an excellent pension. The skills required for this role are technical but there is a substantial emphasis on the personality being the right fit. Somebody who is calm, collected and able to prioritise their own workload is essential. Strong interpersonal skills are essential as the Payroll Manager will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
