Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant with extensive experience across end to end Purchase Ledger, as well as exposure to month end duties. This is an exciting temporary to permanent opportunity, working for a fantastic company based in Chesterfield. This role will be responsible for the whole purchase ledger function, along with managing and assisting with month end tasks in line with team expectations. A fantastic opportunity for someone who is seeking the opportunity to gain more exposure particularly within month end duties. Duties and responsibilities will include: - End to end purchase ledger, including matching, batching and coding invoices - Managing all incoming queries - Reconciliations (bank, statement, invoice) - Assisting with preparing reports and financial statements - Credit Control - Management reporting weekly and monthly - Posting journals The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences: - Available to start immediately or on short notice - Attention to detail in a fast-paced, challenging environment - Must have experience managing the end to end purchase ledger function - Credit Control experience would also be desirable This is a fantastic opportunity for any finance individual to join a professional, forward-thinking organisation.
