Financial Manager Opportunity: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Finance Manager to join a multi faceted hospitality business with a strong team. You will be used to working within a business that deals with variable costs. The Finance Manager will be offering commercial support across the site guiding the team towards delivering cost effective practices and strategy. You will be adept at the illustration of financial information and reporting. You would have had experience in developing your teams. As the role also oversees the IT team, you will have experience working with Epos systems and the like. The Employer: A multi-faceted hospitality operation that offers a range of food/beverage elements to its guests. A seven day a week operation, that is heavily utilised at weekends and evenings. The Essential Skills of the Finance Manager: Qualified accountant with at least 2/3 years commercial Hospitality experience (Hotels/ Restaurants etc.) High numeric and analytical skills and attention to detail Proven financial and commercial acumen Strong, dynamic team player People Management experience Previous commercial finance experience of improving business results and adding value Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and support as required An excellent communicator who can engage with individuals at all levels.
