Fixed Income Business Analyst - Asset Management / Python / CFA / Agile Key requirements: Proven track record (minimum 3 years) working as a BA in Fixed Income Solid investment acumen (CFA, IMC or another industry qualification) Development background (Python, R, AWS or another development language) Working knowledge of Agile methodology Business Analyst with strong Fixed Income experience sought by leading Asset Manager based in London for 6 months minimum supporting projects relating to the Investment Management Group defining future state business technology solutions. Role: Define business solutions via documenting and inspecting business process models, process flows and service/operating models. Identifies challenges in current state business processes and provides input into potential future state solutions. Captures, documents, and validates business requirements (capabilities) for business and technology initiatives. Facilitates prioritization and execution of technology enhancements and maintenance activities with business and IT project managers. Assists product managers and project managers to deliver business technology projects. Partners with the project manager to define, plan, coordinate, and implement project plans for larger technology initiatives.
