My client is looking to capitalise on a strong market position by adding a high flying commercial finance director. The Role You will be positioned in the business to work alongside the Group FD & MD, you will have two clear focuses and that's to capitalise on areas of growth and to drive internal efficiencies. Key Responsibilities Processes & Procedures improvements Systems improvement Cash-flow Management Organisational integration and harmonisation Due Diligence Presenting future acquisitions to the board This is a new role, within an organisation with aggressive growth strategies, this is an opportunity for the new appointment to write a successful plan so that you can progress to the position of Group Finance Director and recruit your successor. Your Profile My client is a PE backed business, and therefore they are interested in the working with proactive individuals who are keen to grow and develop. My client feels that this is a role that would suit either an ACA trained accountant with SME experience or an ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant from the construction sector with a track record of improving processes and managing change who can demonstrate an upwards trajectory in their career moves to date.
