The role Based in Norwich with visits to regional offices as required Working hours 37.5 hours per week or flexible working patterns accepted They are seeking a Payroll Assistant to work as part of the Business and Private Team in the payroll bureau, assisting with the processing of client payrolls which vary in frequency (weekly, monthly, 2/4 weekly) and in size (1 to 100 employees). The successful candidate will learn all aspects of the payroll function, and will have the potential to progress with increased responsibility for clients. To be successful in this role you will need to be: Good organisation skills and the ability to operate at a high level of confidentially Adaptable and tenacious when working towards a solution A desire to collaborate with others and develop relationships (both external and internal) A strong multitasker able to manage a number of different tasks to completion in a timely manner Methodical in your approach with a keen eye for detail Strong communication skills both verbally and written In return you will have support to establish your career at a pace that suits you both personally and professionally. The successful candidate will also have GCSE's in Maths and English at C or an equivalent qualification.
