The key responsibilities for this vacancy include: Minimise litigation of existing clients Debt recovery / credit control management Resolve contractual disputes pre-proceedings Deal with contested matters up to trial Develop relationships with new clients Engage in selling various services of which the firm offers Manage client relationships The following skills and experience are essential: Experience in leading or managing a debt recovery team Experience in handling bulk volumes of debt recovery Able to build on new and existing clients Capable of resolving contractual disputes The following skills and experience are desirable: Previously worked within the law sector Qualified up to MCICM graduate level Over 5 years experience in credit control
