An outstanding independent media agency is looking for an Interim CFO. The business is expanding rapidly and globally through organic growth and acquisition. We're looking for someone who's an exceptional leader, highly strategic but equally at home rolling the sleeves up. This is a three month contract initially. CFO | The Role Partnering with the CEO, board and investors to drive the strategic plan Leading and managing all M&A activity Leading and managing the integration and growth of acquired businesses Managing interaction with investors Leading and guiding the finance team and their development CFO | The Person Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) Must have prior M&A experience Excellent cash management experience Experience of working with investors Prior media, marcomms or professional services experience Strong, confident and personable leader Immediately available or on short notice
