Responsibilities for this role include: Forecasting cash flow Raise internal invoices Summarise internal and external reporting investigate anomalies Control Purchase orders Ensure sales invoices are generated Control costs Allocate Appropriate funds Cradle to grave monthly management accounts Continuous improvement Quarterly reporting to shareholders, lenders, as well as the department and group Annual finance statements Use Excel to add value to reporting Corporate tax computations Capital allowance calculations VAT registration/ OTT/ Quarterly returns/ Tax reporting Following Skills are essential: Property sector experience AAT qualification desirable Excel to advanced level
