FP&A Analyst FTSE Listed Real Estate firm where finance is integral to the performance of the business is looking for a commercially minded Analyst to join the team. Company FTSE-listed real estate business based in Central London with a supportive and meritocratic culture. They are predicting increased growth in the next year and therefore are looking to add to their commercial team in order to further drive their financial performance. Duties: Work with the Head of FP&A and senior management team to: Carry out scenario analysis to help decision making Create management information packs e.g. performance vs budget Assist the team with strategic forecast - working closely with internal stakeholders Assist preparation of annual budget Suggest and take charge of improvements to budgeting and forecasting Manage areas of forecasting model and reforecasting process Carry out ad hoc projects Benefits In return you will get a competitive base salary circa £60,000 bonus, pension and healthcare.
