Finance Business Partner | Newport | £28,000-£42,000 DOE plus excellent benefits My client is a large civil service organisation with a reputation for providing service excellence to its' customers.The Finance Business Partner will play an integral role in improving financial knowledge and performance management within the organisation, by building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with senior managers and their teams in the business area. Providing analysis, technical support, advice and challenge on financial matters. The role Provide accountancy and financial advice to directors and managers being the first point of contact for all financial matters. Work with Finance colleagues to assist in the production of the business plan, budgets, business cases and performance reports. Drawing on specialist expertise, where appropriate, to analyse and interpret data from a variety of sources to produce information required to support evidence-based strategic and operational decision-making. Work with Finance colleagues to connect corporate and business planning and budgeting. Skills, experience Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant. Excellent relationship building skills. Strong communication skills. Proven financial and management reporting and analytical skills. Ability to interpret financial data and provide insight to financial and non-financial colleagues.
