New part-time temp finance administration job

Your new company
You will be part of a construction and infrastructure firm, based in Milton Keynes, who's strategy is to grow the business organically and drive long-term profit and social value by focusing on their target markets

Your new role
Your duties will include:

  • Provide administrative assistance to all office staff
  • Data Entry in Coins OA
  • Weekly Payroll in Ganetime
  • Input document data and finance information on the project document control systems in line with Company, customer and project
  • Completing relevant paperwork for Call off orders and liaising with Suppliers for costs.
  • Co-ordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings and finance information.
  • Make sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff.
  • Sending relevant paperwork for Material/Plant to Head Office for processing
  • Answer enquiries and requests and handle them courteously and appropriately or pass to a relevant member of the team
  • File and retrieve company documents, records and reports and ensure all filing up to date and well-managed
  • Create and modify documents using word processing, spread sheet, database and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Office
  • Support staff in assigned project‐based work
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of company and customer information
  • Be prepared to take additional responsibility, where you see it is necessary, to support the department/function or the office staff in general



What you'll need to succeed
Previous finance admin experience/ payroll admin experience
Keen eye for detail
Excellent communication skills
Good time management skills
Experience with COINS (not essential)
