If you are looking for a high profile commercial finance role within a dynamic, growing organisation then you will be excited to learn that Yorkshire Housing Association are growing their Leeds based Finance Function and are looking to recruit an FP&A Manager to lead the Commercial Business Partnering and FP&A function for the organisation.

About the role.

A high-profile finance role with exposure to Heads of Service, Directors and the Chief Executive with the opportunity to help shape the strategic direction of the group. You'll have responsibility for production and development of the financial management reporting suite and the long term financial plan. You will also oversee, lead and develop a team of commercial finance business partners and provide effective finance decision support to Heads of Service and Directors helping them achieve their strategic objectives. Responsible for strengthening Finance's stakeholder engagement and value creation through financial insight, analysis and decision support.

About you

You will be a qualified accountant with strong leadership and people management skills. You will have experience of financial planning & analysis, financial modelling and be used to working at pace. Commercial acumen and the ability to see the bigger picture are essential for this role, along with the ability to communicate financial information to the wider business. You will be an effective communicator able to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
