Syndicate Reporting Manager
Your new company
A leading Lloyd's syndicate are looking to recruit a qualified finance professional to lead the syndicate reporting team based in London. The company boasts a market leading reputation and are based in fantastic offices in a London landmark.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the management of the Lloyd's reporting team including the production and submission of the Lloyd's regulatory returns. The role will also involve the solvency II reporting and statutory accounting for the syndicate. The role also focuses on the improvement of internal process and controls and will manage the year end audit process for the business unit.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with post qualification experience in the Lloyd's market. You will have an excellent understanding of Lloyd's reporting and current insurance industry standards including Solvency II and other regulatory requirements. You will need to be a proven leader with previous staff management responsibility and capable of taking ownership for the team and its outputs.
