Job Details

Implement processes, controls and reporting across the business to ensure that the directors have the information they need to manage and grow the business.

Manage the financial performance and strategic growth across the group of businesses.

Client Details

The client is a rapidly growing, forward thinking business who are already established in the market and are hoping to further their grip by quadrupling their customer base in the next few years. They entered their market at a good time and do not have lots of direct competition

Description

  • Design, implement and manage processes
  • Produce regular financial information detailing financial performance to group
  • Ensure effective control framework
  • Maintain and complete accurate records of accounts
  • Ensure HMRC compliance
  • Manage cash flow
  • Manage Payroll
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Profile

  • Working knowledge of standard accounting principles and budgetary experience.
  • Team leader and management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft experience (particularly Excel)
  • Strong mathematical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and forward thinking individual
  • Excellent organisational skills
