Job Details
Working closely with the senior members of the M&A team assisting in the delivery of projects. This position will see the successful applicant heighten their knowledge in the area of corporate finance and different sectors.
Client Details
This is a well respected global accountancy firm. This position, however, will be based in their central Edinburgh branch working alongside their wide client base incl. public and private companies, owner-managed businesses and private equity houses.
Description
The main function of this position is to offer advice to clients and businesses on both buy-side and sell-side projects.
- Preparing reports
- Using Excel to prepare detailed financial models
- Working to tight deadlines
- Perform accurate research on companies and sectors by utilising industry databases and public information sources
Profile
- CA/ACA/ACCA qualified
- Enjoys a fast paced and varied work environment
